Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is versatile oil which can be used internally and externally. Lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid are active ingredients of this oil. It has anti-fungal, antioxidant, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. It is also loaded with MCFAs (medium-chain fatty acids). It is quickly absorbed into the skin and works as a natural moisturizer. It protects against free radical damage and thereby promotes beautiful skin. Just massage coconut oil on the skin to prevent premature aging, dryness and flaking of skin. It prevents stretch marks when rubbed on a growing belly of pregnant woman. You can also use it is as after bath moisturizer. To get healthy scalp and hair, massage coconut oil on the scalp & hair and cover with a warm towel for at least 15 minutes. Then wash the hair with light shampoo. To strengthen your nails, massage warm coconut oil on your nails.

Macadamia Nut Oil
